Our service allows you (the "User") to join trading pools, and we automate operations on your behalf on third-party cryptocurrency exchanges.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms" or "Terms of Use" or "Terms of Service"), along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, govern the relationship between Asia Capitals and its Users for any use of the Website and the Service that Asia Capitals offers. This constitutes the entire, complete and binding agreement between you and Asia Capitals with respect to the Service and Website. By using the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms.

Please note that using Asia Capitals is not: (i) within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service, (ii) subject to protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, or (iii) within the scope of the jurisdiction of or subject to protection under either of the schemes referred to in paragraphs (i) or (ii).

1. Definitions

1. 1.1 Asia Capitals: Artificial Intelligence Arbitraging System (ASIA) Professional is a website platform providing arbitraging services to its clients.
2. 1.2 User(s): individual consumers or entities making use of the Website or Service. Also referred to as "you."
3. 1.3 Service: developed and fully owned by ASIA, the Service enables users to join ASIA arbitraging pools on a user-friendly digital interface.
4. 1.4 Pools: trading Pools, a range of trading crowds users join for a shareable profit.

Registration and Personal Account

2. 2.1 To use our Website and Service, visit our Website at Asia Capitals.co.
3. 2.2 To have initial access to the Service, you must register and create a personal account. You can register using your personal email to use the Website and the Service.
4. 2.3 You must protect your login details and keep your password strictly secret. We assume that all activity from your account is carried out by you or under your supervision.
5. 2.4 You agree to provide up-to-date, accurate, and complete information on your account. You also agree to keep your personal account information up to date when necessary, so we can contact you if needed.

Pools

1. 3.5 The pool cannot be terminated during its running period.
2. 3.1 You need a minimum fund as designated to join the pool and its range of functionalities.
3. 3.2 Profits are offered on the basis of your selected pool for a fixed time interval.
4. 3.3 Asia Capitals offers several Pool plans, and each pool differs in terms of trading algorithm and processing speed.
5. 3.4 By choosing one of the pools, you grant your permission for us to initiate arbitraging on your behalf according to the selected pool configurations.

Account Deletion

1. If you want to terminate your activity on ASIA and delete your account and user data permanently, you have the right to request ASIA’s Support Team to do so. We will not keep the data you provided on ASIA during your activity period and will delete your account permanently. You can contact us through email at support@Asia Capitals.co or via our chat with a request to delete your account.

User License

1. 5.1 By accepting this license, you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial or public display purposes, remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials, or transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server. All intellectual property objects within Asia Capitals, including information, data, products, materials, services, design elements, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio and video contents, artwork, and graphics contained therein or made available to you in connection therewith, are licensed, not sold, to you by Asia Capitals.
2. 5.2 This license shall terminate automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Asia Capitals at any time.

Disclaimer and Representations

3. 13.3 Price Risk. The price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. It is possible for prices to increase or decrease by over 60% in a single day. Although this could mean potential profits or no profit at all, we advise that you only invest money which you are willing to keep for a long period of time and are not dependent on for immediate financial needs.
4. 13.4 No Affiliation to Any Cryptocurrency. Asia Capitals is not affiliated in any manner with any cryptocurrency. Asia Capitals allows users to join automated arbitraging strategies that get executed on third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. Asia Capitals safely stores Users’ information and does not disclose User data directly to cryptocurrency exchanges.

NOTICES

We may provide any notice to you under these Terms of Use by: (i) sending a message to the email address you provide to us and consent to us using; or (ii) by posting to the Service. Notices sent by email will be effective when we send the email, and notices we provide by posting will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and check for incoming messages regularly.
